Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about buying tickets and hosting events on ROKIVENT.

Where is my ticket after I pay?

Open My tickets after signing in. Your QR ticket is there as soon as payment is confirmed, and a copy is emailed to you. Check your spam folder if the email does not show up.

Can I get a refund?

If an event is cancelled you get the full ticket price back. If you were charged twice or paid but got no ticket, we refund the extra or failed charge. Tickets are otherwise not refundable unless the organizer agrees. See the Refund Policy.

What if I lose my phone or my ticket?

Sign in on any device and open My tickets to see your QR code again.

Can I share a screenshot of my ticket?

Please do not post it publicly. A ticket works once, so the first person to scan it gets in.

How do I list an event?

Create an organizer account, add your event and tickets, and our team will review it before it goes live. Start on the organizers page.

How much does it cost to sell tickets?

Free events cost nothing. For paid tickets there is a platform fee, 10% as standard. See pricing.

How do I get paid?

Ticket money is paid to the bank account you connect, through Paystack, after our platform fee.

How do I check guests in?

Open the gate scanner from your dashboard on a phone with a camera and scan each QR code. Need helpers at the entrance? Ask us to give volunteers scanner access.

How do I contact you?

Use Message us inside the app, or email support@rokivent.com. More on the contact page.
